The Association is open to both legal entities and individuals. It is governed by a Steering Committee. Its Charter provides for two types of membership:

Associate members are individuals and legal entities who participate in the activities of the association and pay annual membership fees in the manner established by the Charter in order to use its services.

Founding Members: Those who establish the association and actively contribute morally and materially to its development during its initial stages. Founding members enjoy a number of significant privileges.
